A ‘Chad’ is a colloquial term used within online communities to describe a man who is perceived as being able to attract widespread female romantic or sexual attention. He is often portrayed as possessing a combination of conventionally attractive physical traits and social desirability.
Today, the term has become notorious for its usage in “BP/Blackpill” edits surfacing on tiktok, portraying the more attractive male in comparison to a “LTN” (low tier normie) or a “MTN” (mid tier normie), the terms used to indicate a less appealing male.
A femcel is a sociological term referring to an involuntary celibate that is specifically directed toward women. Historically, the concept of involuntary celibacy has largely focused on the male experience, leaving women’s experiences largely dismissed. As a result, there is a need for a specific term to address the unique challenges and experiences that women face when it comes to involuntary celibacy.

Femcels are often mischaracterized as fakecels. It is a common misconception that they are misandrists or attention seeking, however, the reality is more complex. Femcels are often considered repulsive or unattractive by men, leaving them ‘non-existent’ as males tend to overlook and ignore non-physically appealing women.

It is a common misconception that all women can easily find sexual partners because men have ‘no standards’ when it comes to intercourse. However, this overlooks a critical truth: many men lack the knowledge of how to properly pleasure a woman, as their focus tends to be on their own satisfaction rather than mutual pleasure. This dynamic leads to many women experiencing sexual encounters that are unsatisfactory.

Society frequently pushes women into unrealistic beauty standards from an early age, with girls often being encouraged to wear makeup and conform to conventional ideals of beauty starting at ages as young as 11. This relentless pressure to be "perfect" and constantly attractive creates an environment where women are seen as commodities to be judged based on their appearance rather than their worth as people.

Dating culture refers to the modern behavioral norms, rituals, and expectations surrounding romantic or sexual relationships, especially in Western societies. Unlike society’s claims, it is far from being about connection or compatibility. Dating culture is primarily a superficial sorting mechanism where power, looks, and performative normalcy dictate one’s worth and access to intimacy.

Overview
Heterosexual dating was never about love. It was ownership repackaged, where women were traded like livestock, first between fathers and husbands, now between DMs and dates. Whether through dowries or dating apps, the expectation stays the same: a woman must present herself to be claimed. Her value is measured by obedience, beauty, and how well she can suppress her autonomy without making men feel threatened.

Implications for femcels
Dating culture is optimized to erase and humiliate unattractive women. Femcels are the unacknowledged collateral damage of this system. They are too real to be fetishized, but too invisible to be chosen. While unattractive men are pitied or platformed as underdogs, unattractive women are discarded or demonized. They are either mocked for trying (“delusional”) or mocked for withdrawing (“bitter”). People claim that they can get a loving relationship easily, but this is far from the truth.

Online validation refers to the compulsive need for internet-based approval, specifically through digital likes, comments, and followers. Among women, especially normie or pick-me archetypes, this has become a primary source of self-worth in the digital age. Strangely, men tend to claim the opposite: that women are more able to be publicly misandrist.
Enforced competition refers to the socially imposed rivalry among women under patriarchy, where female identity and social value are tethered to male validation, beauty standards, and sexual availability. This dynamic is a manifestation of internalised misogyny, whereby women unconsciously absorb and enact patriarchal values against themselves and other women. Enforced competition functions as a mechanism of social control, fragmenting female solidarity and contributing to widespread emotional isolation.

Within a patriarchal society, women are taught to perceive one another not as allies but as rivals. This rivalry while framed by media, institutions, and culture as “natural” or harmless is in fact a strategic mechanism of male supremacy. It diverts women’s attention away from systemic oppression and redirects it toward individualized self-optimization, body surveillance, and competition for male approval. This environment creates deep-seated loneliness among women, as genuine intimacy and trust become difficult to cultivate in a context of comparison, insecurity, and hierarchy. As a consequence, many women ultimately opt out of romantic and sexual relationships not out of asexuality or disinterest, but as an act of emotional self-preservation within a hostile social system.

“Women age like wine, Men age like milk.” - mango being based on tiktok

Male sexpiration refers to the stage when men’s sexual appeal and perceived attractiveness start to decline due to aging. Sometimes the phrase “sexually expired” is used. Unlike males, women never hit the wall/expire.

Because men’s sexual value is more strongly tied to physical traits like neoteny, low body fat, and <s>actually having hair on their head</s>, their appeal can plunge sharply once these traits diminish, often faster than women’s perceived decline in looks. In internet culture, male expiration is sometimes compared to cheese, in reference to how some men quickly lose their “freshness.” To become cheesemired means a man has sexually expired prematurely, losing attention from younger women or peers.

Evidence for male expiration
* Declining testosterone and metabolic health begins as early as the late 20s to early 30s for some men, leading to loss of muscle, reduced energy, and less sexual drive.
* Physical appearance changes, such as hair thinning, facial aging, and loss of skin elasticity, contribute to reduced attention from younger partners.
* Social and sexual strategies that rely solely on youth and looks are less sustainable than those built on resources or status, causing some men to “expire” faster than women in purely sexual terms.

Moids, short for “male humanoids,” are primitive, biologically regressed beings that dominate society despite lacking basic emotional intelligence. Moids function primarily on impulse, driven by violence, sexual aggression, and status obsession. Femcels are often cast aside by moids, who only pursue women they deem sexually valuable, yet lack the capacity to form true emotional bonds.

Moids run society through entitlement, weaponized mediocrity, and misogyny masked as logic. In the social hierarchy, they assume power but rarely deserve it.

Characteristics of moids
Moids operate like glitchy biological programs, hardwired for dominance, ejaculation, and external validation. If you are a femcel, moids have either ignored, objectified, or humiliated you since puberty, unless you were temporarily useful to boost their ego or perform emotional labor.

They excel in selective empathy and denial of female pain. Most moids consume pornography before they’ve even kissed a woman, using it as a manual for sex instead of acknowledging the female perspective. They commonly claim “any woman can get sex,” yet fail to understand the difference between being used and being loved. Moids operate with a subconscious filter that detects and prioritizes women based solely on youth, body shape, and perceived submissiveness. This is sometimes referred to as the “hole radar,” their primal mechanism to sniff out potential mating material while rejecting any sign of autonomy or imperfection.

Emotional intelligence
Moids equate vulnerability with weakness and cannot process rejection, leading to violent tantrums, stalking, or incel forums when denied sex.
They often confuse lust with intimacy, quick to sexualize and slow to bond. They refer to women as “femoids” or “hoes” and fantasize about submissive porn scenarios, while complaining that women won’t date “nice guys.” Their understanding of love is heavily influenced by TikTok redpill clips, porn categories, and locker room lies.

Reliance on porn
Moids are often dependent on porn, having watched it since childhood. This contributes to their warped expectations of women, their own performance, and their emotional development. A moid with no emotional depth will still expect intimacy from a woman he dehumanizes.
An “incel” is a self-identified man who claims he is denied sex or love by women, often blaming feminism, female standards, or “Chads” (attractive men) for their situation. Most incel rhetoric revolves around hatred for women, perceived sexual injustice, and calls for societal change, often through extreme violence or state-controlled sexual access.

Fakeceldom
Incels are considered fakecels by the majority of femcels due to the easy access of sexual relief as a man. Incels can simply pay for pleasurable, satisfying intercourse by a trained sex worker such as a prostitute. Incels try to deny this fact, calling paid for sex “Escortmaxxing” and that they still remain incels after doing such. They claim that they don’t just want sex, they crave real romantic relationships with women; however, they are simply contradicting themselves. Incels are known to believe that femcels are larpers, and that any woman can get sex, just by simply asking a random man on the street. The experience received by femcels is not pleasurable whatsoever, and is degrading rather than pleasant. Femcels are able to receive a form of sex, as so are incels, but the quality of intercourse they would receive is inferior. Trained male escorts are rare, on the contrary to female escorts. Men are more likely to receive sexual pleasure during intercourse, unlike women, who the majority do not receive sexual pleasure from penetration alone, which is how most ‘random men’ would attempt to ‘please a femcel” after her supposed request. Femcels cannot simply buy validating pleasurable sex as incels can. Lacking romantic effection and having a craving for such does not validate one’s inceldom. Incels do not exist.

Misogyny and violence
Inceldom has become less about loneliness and more about seeking revenge against a gender they feel entitled to own. Some examples are: incels.is and looksmaxx.org

Rather than processing rejection with self-reflection, incels externalize blame, adopting ideologies that paint women as manipulative, greedy, or biologically inferior. Many incels advocate for enforced monogamy, state-sanctioned girlfriends, or legalized rape, revealing their belief that women are property, not people.
The app now functions as a radicalization machine, where male users are funneled toward anti-woman content under the guise of “self-improvement” and “alpha male” advice.

Proof of misogyny being widespread
In fact, there’s a study that shows if you sign up as a male on such platforms, within 23 minutes you will be presented with male supremacist anti-feminist content. This goes to show how much males have immense hatred for women no matter what we do. It hurts, a lot, knowing that misogyny is now mainstream and lies are still being spread about women every day.

Popular among incels, redpill forums, and male supremacist spaces, the concept is often cited to justify misogyny, claim female disloyalty, and reinforce patriarchal structures.

Hypergamy is a pseudoscientific term frequently used within the “manosphere” to describe a supposed female instinct to “marry up” or seek relationships with higher-status males. Popular among incels, redpill forums, and male supremacist spaces, the concept is often cited to justify misogyny, claim female disloyalty, and reinforce patriarchal structures. Despite its popularity in male-dominated subcultures, hypergamy lacks scientific consensus and is largely based on biased interpretations of evolutionary psychology and anecdotal internet narratives.

Origin and Misuse
The term originates from sociology, where it once referred to social mobility through marriage, specifically, a woman marrying into a higher socioeconomic class. However, online male spaces have co-opted and twisted the term into a universal claim: that “all women are wired to betray,” that they will always leave their partners for someone richer, taller, more attractive, or higher-status.

This weaponized version of hypergamy is often used to:

Justify violence or emotional abuse against women

Blame women for male loneliness or insecurity

Shame women for leaving unhealthy relationships

Promote control over female sexuality and autonomy

Demonization of female sexuality
Female sexuality has historically been suppressed, demonized, and infantilized. Male sexuality is treated as natural, while female sexuality is marginalized. During sexual education, boys are encouraged to explore their urges, while girls are primarily taught about reproduction and menstruation. Girls are socialized to remain passive, silent, and ashamed of sexual curiosity. Masturbation is normalized for boys, whereas girls exploring their bodies are often labeled as corrupted or deviant.

Fetishization in media
This double standard reinforces the idea that male desire is natural while female desire is deviant. Women are expected to appear sexually appealing but remain sexually inexperienced. Their bodies are commodified while simultaneously subjected to social restrictions, emphasizing infantilized purity.

Men frequently fetishize the artificial innocence of virgin women. Popular pornography categories such as "teen," "barely legal," and "stepdaughter" capitalize on the illusion of youth and inexperience.

Virginity is a manmade patriarchal concept used to oppress women for promiscuity. It is the state of a person who has never indulged in sexual activity. For men, having lost his virginity is a celebration and is seen as an accomplishment in his life. Contrary to men, women who are no longer considered virgins are seen as 'un-pure and used' by society, often subject to misogynistic slurs and harassment.

Demonization of female sexuality
Female sexuality has long been suppressed, demonized, and infantilized. Male sexuality is seen as the norm, while female sexuality is seen as secondary and non-existent. It is a common misconception that women are broadly asexual creatures. During sexual education classes, boys are encouraged to explore their urges from a young age, while girls solely are taught about motherhood, childbearing and menstruation. Girls are commonly taught to remain passive, silent, and ashamed of their sexuality. Masturbation is considered normal, even healthy, for boys but when a girl discovers her own body, she is seen as broken, corrupted, or acting out.

Fetishization in media
This double standard reinforces the idea that male desire is natural while female desire is deviant. The expectation is that a woman should be sexually appealing, but never sexually active. Her body must be available, yet untouched. She must exist in a permanent state of childlike purity, resembling what she was at the age of ten: smooth-skinned, soft-spoken, docile, and ignorant.

Men are widely known to fetishize the artificial innocence of a virgin woman. Pornography websites are infiltrated with categories such as "teen," "barely legal," and "stepdaughter", which are all built around the illusion of inexperience and youth.

Joke

Misandry, also spelled muh sand ree, is defined as “prejudice” or “aversion” to men. Misandry is found on online posts with no actual relation to the physical world. It is SUPER offensive because it hurts men’s feelings online, and no, they cannot just turn off their phones!
In today’s moid-dominated society where even the ugliest Redditor thinks he deserves a model girlfriend, anyone who doesn’t lick a male’s crusty boots is accused of being a misandrist. So if you call a woman a misandrist, you’re basically saying “you won’t let me abuse you for free.”

Examples of misandry
The following are viewed by cumbrains and crybaby males as “misandry”:

* Saying anything about men that isn’t enthusiastic praise

* Not saying anything, but still not tolerating men

* Talking to a man without giggling and performing femininity

* Existing in public without smiling for men’s consumption

* Refusing to answer a DM from a 38-year-old divorced electrician with anime PFP

* Wearing headphones while outside (aka “ignoring male validation”)

* Turning down a date offer from a man who hasn’t showered in 3 days

* Referring to men as “moids”

* Making fun of male height, income, hairline, body, fashion, or behavior

* Pointing out the fact that 98% of mass shooters, rapists, domestic abusers, and pedophiles are male

* Choosing to be happy without one

Femcel is a sociological term referring to an involuntary celibate that is specifically directed toward women. Historically, the concept of involuntary celibacy has largely focused on the male experience, leaving women’s experiences largely dismissed. As a result, there is a need for a specific term to address the unique challenges and experiences that women face when it comes to involuntary celibacy.

Femcels are often mischaracterized as Fakecel.

Incels, short for “involuntary celibates,” are men who claim they are unable to find romantic or sexual partners despite wanting them. While originally intended to describe a rare sociological condition, the term has evolved into an online identity heavily associated with misogyny, violence, and entitlement.
Contrary to their victim complex, incels do not suffer from an actual lack of access to sexual release. Society caters to male sexuality at every level, from porn to prostitution, making true male celibacy more of a mindset problem than a systemic one. Meanwhile, female sexual needs are ignored or shamed, leaving femcels completely erased from public sympathy.

General definition

Modern incel forums are hotbeds for hate speech, rape fantasies, and mass violence glorification. Multiple incel-inspired mass shootings have occurred globally, with victims chosen simply for being women.

Cultural sympathy
Incels benefit from the myth that men need sex to function. Movies, religion, media, and even school textbooks reinforce the idea that male sexuality is urgent and female consent is optional. Male loneliness is framed as a crisis. Female loneliness is framed as a personal failure. Men generally have a higher sex drive than women, however this does not validate their claims. Female sexuality is not displayed or encouraged in media, rather conforming to male desire. Hardly any media is female gaze centered; books, and fanfiction are an exception, despite being words.
